Join a thriving practice with high production, strong support staff (2 Hygienists, 2 DAs, admin), and a great team environment. Perform bread-and-butter dentistry•fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges & more. Modern, digital office with 2 fully equipped operatories + brand-new Cone Beam. Grow your career with mentorship, CE opportunities, and ongoing professional development.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Thursday , Enjoy a 4-day workweek.
Hours:
8:00 AM•4:00 PM for a predictable, steady schedule. No weekends or on-call•every weekend is a long weekend.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Valid NC state dental license or willingness to obtain it.
Compensation & Benefits:
$10,000 Sign on/relocation bonus. Flexible compensation plans of either a daily guarantee of $800•$1000 or earn a percentage off production, 31%•33%. Whichever is higher No lab fees. Retirement package Company sponsored health insurance options. Malpractice coverage. Annual Dominican Republic retreat. Annual charter fishing trip.
