What You’ll Do:

Oversee and direct all patient care operations as the Medical Director Help expand our offerings in general dentistry and smile makeovers Provide guidance and supervision for staff and help maintain clinical excellence Collaborate on marketing and growth strategies as a leader in the practice Bring a general interest or basic knowledge of orthodontics (experience is a bonus!)
