We’re seeking an experienced Periodontist to join our large, well-established private group dental office in Raleigh, North Carolina for 2 days per month . At our practice, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on the full scope of periodontics and implantology, supported by a strong referral network and a collaborative, experienced general and specialty team. You’ll also benefit from affiliation with a selective, well-capitalized private group that prioritizes clinical excellence, provider autonomy, and sustainable growth across 15 states. About the

Opportunity:

Independent Contractor Position Commitment:

2 surgical days per month (flexible scheduling available)

Compensation:

Competitive collections-based pay, commensurate with experience

Flexible Engagement:

Contractors who bring their own staff, equipment, and supplies will be paid at a higher collections percentage Contractors who prefer to utilize the practice’s surgical staff, equipment, and supplies are also welcome

CBCT Imaging Access:

Pre-consult CBCT is standard; patients are referred to a nearby imaging center (in-house CBCT purchase under active review)

Office Hours:

Flexibility available; current practice hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM and Friday, 7:00 AM-2:00

PM Clinical Environment:

Large, modern private group setting with a strong patient base and robust internal referrals

Scope of Clinical Procedures:

Surgical placement of single and multi-unit implants IV Sedation for surgical cases Surgical extractions of impacted third molars and other complex extractions Traditional surgical periodontal procedures , including: Osseous surgery Soft tissue grafts Sinus lifts Ridge augmentation Bone grafting
