What You’ll Do:
Perform comprehensive oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures to address patient needs. Collaborate with referring dentists and healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans. Educate patients on post-treatment care and long-term oral health management. Stay at the forefront of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery by participating in ongoing professional development.
Requirements & Qualifications:
DDS/DMD degree and board certification (or eligibility) in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Expertise in a broad range of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including advanced implant techniques. Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care and a passion for advancing the field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with patients, staff, and fellow healthcare professionals.
Compensation & Benefits:
A competitive compensation package, offering $300k to $450k annually based on part-time or full-time status, plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Additional production bonuses provide the potential to earn over $1 million by the second year.
