Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our team. As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, diagnose and treat dental conditions, and promote oral health. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental examinations, including oral cancer screenings and x-rays
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay
• Administer anesthetics to patients as needed
• Create treatment plans and discuss them with patients
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and other staff members to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical documentation systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic)
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid state dental license in good standing
• Proven experience as a Dentist or in a similar role
• Proficient in using dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic) for medical coding and record keeping purposes
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and treatments
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well within a team environment
