Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities The Oral Surgeon specializes insurgeries of the mouth, gums, teeth, neck, and jaw. As an OralSurgeon, you will consult with patients about treatment options,perform surgeries, and keep up on the latest advances in surgicaland dental technology.

• Consult with patients to determine needsand treatment goals.
• Perform surgical procedures to extractimpacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumorsand other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
• Utilize a patient centric approach.
• Operate with referral doctorcentric mindset.
• Hard working, ethical, and reliable. Educationand Experience
• Single or dual degree required.
• BoardCertified/Board Eligible required.
• Good standing with the Boardrequired.
• Must be current on ALL licenses, certifications, andcontinuing education. Skills and Abilities
• Understanding of theimportance of referral base and how to expand/grow it.
• Ability toutilize a digital workflow or willingness to learn.
• Understandingof full arch protocols or willingness to learn.
• Implant orientedand desire to learn how to do them at the highest level.
• Open tocontinuous learning and mastering how to do things the “Paradigmway”.
