Job Overview Ocean Shore Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for a personable, clinically excellent Associate Dentist to join our warm, patient-centric team 1-2 days per week. You’ll step into a modern office with digital scanners, in-house milling, and a culture that puts people first—patients and staff alike. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat routine and complex cases, including fillings, crowns/bridges, root canals, and extractions Create comprehensive treatment plans and review options with patients in clear, friendly language Interpret digital radiographs, CBCT, and intraoral scans to support clinical decisions Administer local anesthesia and ensure patient comfort throughout every procedure Educate patients on preventive care, oral-systemic connections, and post-op instructions Maintain meticulous clinical notes in Open Dental and utilize our CAD/CAM workflow for same-day restorations Collaborate with our hygienists, assistants, and front office to deliver seamless, five-star experiences What You’ll Bring DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school and active New Jersey license in good standing 1+ year(s) of clinical experience (GPR/AEGD a plus, but new grads with strong skills are welcome) Proficiency—or eagerness to learn—in CAD/CAM dentistry (CEREC, PrimeScan, or similar) Comfort with endo on single-rooted teeth and straightforward surgical extractions Solid command of electronic records ( Open Dental ) and digital imaging systems A genuine desire to connect with patients and contribute to a supportive team culture

Compensation & Schedule Job Type:

Part-time (14-20 hours / 1-2 days per week)

Pay Range:

$70,000 – $85,000 annualized (commensurate with experience)
