The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong focus on patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, along with proficiency in various dental procedures. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and data security. Utilize dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft for patient management and record keeping. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health. Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in endodontics, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and other general dentistry procedures. Familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft software is preferred. Strong commitment to patient care and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
