Dentist Queens Professional Dental Care Jackson Heights, NY 11372 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing various dental procedures, and educating patients on oral health. You will work in a collaborative environment with a team of professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and examinations to diagnose dental conditions. Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to endodontics, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, and pediatric dentistry. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions and treatments. Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency during procedures. Fabricate dental appliances as necessary, ensuring they meet the required specifications for each patient. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures to promote overall health. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the highest standard of care. Requirements Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records. Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and safety regulations in a clinical setting. Experience or training in endodontics, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, pediatric dentistry, and dental fabrication is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. $500.00 – $1,000.00 per day Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
12 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed
