Endodontist II Dental Howard Beach, NY 11414 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while adhering to the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, patient assessment, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and prosthodontics. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental issues effectively. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies. Oversee the fabrication of dental appliances and prosthetics as needed. Ensure the dental clinic is organized, sanitized, and equipped with necessary tools and materials. Skills Proficient in medical terminology relevant to dentistry. Experience working in a dental clinic environment. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnostics. Proficient in using Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software. Strong understanding of anatomy related to oral health and treatment planning. Expertise in prosthodontics and dental fabrication techniques. Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
