7:30 AM•4:00 PM Provide comprehensive, basic, and preventive dental care to patients from infancy through adolescence Collaborate with a well-rounded dental team, including another Pediatric Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs), and a fully staffed front office Open to new residency graduates J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $225,000 Guaranteed $10,000 RVU incentive in Year 1 , with additional earnings based on production thereafter Comprehensive health and dental insurance Long-term disability and life insurance provided ; additional options for vision, short-term disability, and supplemental life insurance Retirement plan with employer match Paid time off: 3 weeks of vacation in Year 1 (increases to 4 weeks at Year 4) 40 hours of sick time annually 6 paid holidays CME stipend of $3,000 annually with 40 hours of CME time (prorated based on start date) Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs (NHSC and Pennsylvania State Loan Repayment Program) Community Overview Located in Chambersburg, PA , this opportunity places you in a family-friendly, mid-sized town known for its low cost of living , excellent public schools, and easy access to both urban amenities and outdoor recreation .
