Full-Time Associate Dentist Opportunity in Lancaster, PA We are a thriving, state-of-the-art dental practice seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Open to new graduates and experienced professionals alike, our practice has proudly served the Lancaster community for over 18 years. The incoming associate will inherit an established patient base and benefit from a skilled, dedicated support team. Mentorship is available to support your personal and professional development.
About Our Practice:
Fee-for-Service (FFS), PPO, with some Medicaid accpeted Family-oriented, community-focused care with a diverse patient population Collaborative environment with experienced coordinators, assistants, and hygienists Large, private group practice (not affiliated with a DSO) Low staff turnover and a supportive culture fostering growth at your own pace
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary starting at $175,000/year or a percentage of collections, based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and malpractice insurance Retirement plan with increasing benefits after one year Sign-on bonus, Relocation Assistance, & 401(k) plan
Schedule:

Requirements:
