Compensation and Benefits :
Daily minimum from $700-850/day for the first 2-3 months or Percentage of collections 401k Malpractice reimbursement Continuing education reimbursement
PTO Practice Overview:
PPO/FFS practice. No Medicaid. Consistent schedule with steady stream of existing and new patients. Modern general dentistry practice equipped with CBCT, iTero, IO scanners with Fully Digital Practice. Excellent clinical support by Dental Assistant and Hygienist. Mentorship available for implant placement, treatment planning review and leadership 401k, Malpractice Reimbursement, CE Reimbursement, PTO Partnership or buy-in track available
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including extractions, restorations, and prosthodontics. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout treatment. Collaborate with dental hygienists and dental assistants to enhance office efficiency and patient experience.
Qualifications Required:
DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school Current dental license for Pennsylvania Apply now and let us talk!
