The position involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing comprehensive dental care to a patient population that is approximately 80% children and 20% adults. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with kids, Medicaid patients, and managing a high patient volume, including operative cases, hygiene checks, crowns, bridges, and root canals.

Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatment planning for both children and adults Provide operative dental care, including fillings and restorative procedures Conduct hygiene checks (approximately 24 patients per day) Prepare and place crowns and bridges Complete root canal treatments See and treat approximately 12 operative patients per day Work efficiently in a high-volume Medicaid practice Maintain accurate and detailed dental records Collaborate effectively with 2 dental assistants and 1 hygienist Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients and their families about oral health and treatment options
