Goodlettsville, TN – An Associate Dentist is needed for a Part-Time or Full-Time (3-5 days/week, depending on the associate’s needs) role in an established office in suburban Nashville. The practice offers a comprehensive range of general dentistry services, including limited implant dentistry, to a well-established patient base.
Practice Environment:
State-of-the-art facilities featuring an iTero digital scanner, implant direct implant system, and CEREC Work with one other full-time dentist and one part-time dentist Four hygiene columns per day
Patient Base:
Predominantly PPO with a growing cash patient base Affluent, middle-class patient population with a high treatment planning acceptance rate Over 40 new patients per month
Associate Expectations:
Available for a Part-Time or Full-Time schedule. Practice can offer 3-5 days but the schedule would include. 1-2 Saturdays per month Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong patient relationships Confidence and proficiency in basic endodontics, extractions, and implant placement Experience with Invisalign is highly desirable
Mentorship and Support:
Highly experienced dentist available for guidance and support Part of a small DSO with access to resources and support
Compensation and Benefits:
Initial 90-day daily guarantee (negotiable) Percentage of adjusted production starting at 31% and increasing to 34% based on production benchmarks No lab deductions on restorations through preferred labs Health insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Paid time off Continuing education reimbursement Interviewing Now!
