Family Dental Associates – Over 30 years in business
Patient Mix:
85% PPO, 15% FFS
Facilities:
17 operatories, with 2 reserved for the new provider
8 doctor chairs, 9 hygiene chairs
Equipped with CBCT, iTero, and Cerec technology
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday – Enjoy a long weekend every week!

Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections
