Responsibilities:
The Dietary Aide assists the Cook in the preparation and service of meals Provide food service to the residents in a positive and friendly manner Services may include set-up and clean-up of the dining room, food preparation, serving food, and dishwashing Possess a sensitivity and aptitude for working with older adults and those with physical, behavioral, or mental health challenges Prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently Possess skills to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and other customers Possess the ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and documentation Be punctual with a good attendance record Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
