Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at Oasis at Margate. As the Dietary Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the nutritional well-being of our residents. You will be responsible for planning and supervising the preparation of meals, managing dietary staff, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to meet the dietary needs of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Menu Planning:
Develop and implement nutritionally balanced menus that meet the dietary requirements and preferences of residents. Ensure compliance with any dietary restrictions or special dietary needs.
Supervision:
Lead and manage dietary staff, providing training and guidance to ensure a high standard of food preparation and service. Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Quality Control:
Monitor food preparation and service to maintain quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and dining areas for cleanliness and safety.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines related to food service in assisted living facilities. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaboration:

Qualifications:

Education and Certification:
