Dietary Aide Orange Park FL Two Opco LLC 833 Kingsley Avenue, Orange Park, FL 32073 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in providing exceptional food service within our dietary department. The ideal candidate will support the culinary team in preparing and delivering meals that meet the nutritional needs of our residents. This role is essential in ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment while delivering outstanding customer service. Duties Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines. Bussing tables and cleaning dining areas to maintain a pleasant eating environment. Handle food safely and in accordance with health regulations to ensure quality and safety. Support food production efforts by assisting with inventory management and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery and address any resident dietary concerns. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to uphold sanitation standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with residents during meal times and addressing their needs promptly. Experience Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
