Perform a variety of tasks requiring cooking skills. Assists in the preparation, service, and clean-up for meals served to our residents. Demonstrates proper storage, handling, and preparation of food. Perform dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation duties. Set up trays and food service carts accurately and timely. Assist in proper care, use, and cleaning of kitchen equipment. Work well with others in a team environment One (1) year experience in a health care facility or restaurant. High School diploma or equivalent. Valid FL Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Must be able to speak, read and write English Must be willing to pass a Level 2 background and drug screening Able to work weekends/holidays FPDC is an intermediate care facility for the developmentally disabled. We care for individuals 24/7 in a set of four (4) homes that hold up to 16 individuals.
