A task oriented person performing food preparation, serving, and storage functions. Cleaning and storage of food service equipment. Communicates closely with the dietary clerks and Department Director. Must be comfortable with patient interactions including meal delivery in a healthcare setting.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Must be able to use all food preparation equipment. Continuous pushing 300 pound carts. Working environment includes freezing temperatures as low as -10 degrees, refrigerated temperatures of 40 degrees, and cooking room temperatures up to 100 degrees.
