We are looking to fill 3 Dietary Aide spots and 1 Cook Helper. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing quality food service to patients and ensuring that dietary needs are met. This position requires a strong commitment to sanitation, food safety, and exceptional time management skills. As a Dietary Aide, you will work closely with the dietary department to support meal preparation and service. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and patient needs. Ensure all food items are prepared in accordance with safety and sanitation standards. Buss tables and clean dining areas after meals to maintain a hygienic environment. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service. Follow proper procedures for food handling, storage, and sanitation. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their meal preferences and dietary restrictions. Wash dishes, including pots and pans. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or food production is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations and sanitation practices is advantageous. Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus. Strong time management skills to ensure timely meal service. Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
