Qualifications:

Certified Dietary Manager OR Registered/Licensed Dietitian
Nursing Home Dietary Manager OR Dietitian experience required
Safe Serve Certification required
Startup kitchen experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years cooking experience
Knowledge of nutrition, food preparation, and infection control Essential duties include: Prepare or direct preparation of food
Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work area
Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed
Receive and stock food service inventory
Managing and scheduling kitchen staff
Weekly supply orders for kitchen
