Dietary Aide

! At our center, residents are treated to a complete spectrum of Rehab Services and Clinical/Nursing Care. We provide the comprehensive care that meets the specialized physical, clinical and emotional needs of every individual that comes through our doors.
Dietary Aide Duties Include:
+ Assist in assembling and checking diet trays prior to distribution to ensure all residents receive the proper meals to meet dietary needs. + Label and date food properly + Deliver food carts to designated areas as well as collecting food trucks when meals are finished to return to the dish room. + Work in dish room, wash all dishes//utensils utilizing dish machine. + Prepare and deliver snacks to nursing units. + Ensure kitchen stays clean at all times, sweep/mop floors as instructed. + Carry out garbage
Dietary Aide Requirements/Qualifications:
+ Experience in LTC preferred but not required + Must be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, etc… + Able to follow and understand procedures + Positive attitude, patience and team mentality
Dietary Aide Job Description:
