00 /Hr. Assist in the preparation and/ or service of meals/ food forpatients, employees, and special events as instructed by theDietary Manager. Serve food and snacks according to the planned menu/spreadsheetand the patient’s/resident’s food preferences and diet order. Assist the Cook by ensuring the food prepared/and orpre-portioned using proper food handling/ safety techniques and isof proper quantity, completed on time as scheduled, and is inaccordance with the menu & residents’ diet order. May wash dishes, etc. when necessary or when instructed to doso by the Dietary Manager.
