Shifts Details:
Dietary AideMon-Fri ; every other weekendrequiredPurposeDietary AideThe Dietary Aide is responsible for foodpreparation, plating dishes, dining and table services to residentsand guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas inaccordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsible forhandling all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures andstandards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatoryprocedures regarding food service. Follow all local, state and federal policies regarding foodhandling Maintains standards of cleanliness, hygiene and healthstandards Prepares all special dietary needs as directed Adheres to posted menus and prepares food items using approvedPhoenix standardized recipes in a timely manner
Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATIONDietaryAide Education:
High School Diploma/ GED required Previous experience in dining hospitality and / or full servicesenior living preferred
