QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in nutrition, foods and nutrition, dietetics or community nutrition, supplemented by a master’s degree, and a minimum of five years’ experience in public health nutritional programs including a minimum of one year’s responsible administrative experience at the level of Nutritionist II or Nutritionist III; or a combination of education and experience to these requirements

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT

Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration/Credentialing Agency of the American Dietetic Association and licensure by the Alabama State Board of Examiners for Dietetics/Nutrition Practice. Experienced nutrition manager with networking experience.
