ResponsibilitiesAssess the nutritional needsof residents and develop individualized meal plans.
Ensurecompliance with federal, state, and local regulations andguidelines.
Monitor and document residents’ nutritional status andprogress.
Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents,families, and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams toimprove residents’ overall health and well-being.
Provide coveragein multiple buildings based on company needs.
All other duties asassigned.
- QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics,or a related field.
Registered by the Commission on DieteticRegistration.
Hold a Certification/License in good standing withinthe state of practice.
Knowledge of state survey process andcompliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but notrequired).Strong organizational and communication skills.
Maintain apositive attitude and effectively communicate with buildingoccupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform dailytasks.
