Licensed Dietitian – Coral Gables, FL Join a team that makes healing feel like home. About the Role KidneySPA is seeking a compassionate, professional Licensed Dietitian to join our team at our beautiful Coral Gables location. In this role, you will provide individualized nutritional care for our hemodialysis and home dialysis patients, enhancing their quality of life through expert guidance, education, and support. What You’ll Do Perform initial nutrition assessments for all new dialysis patients Educate patients on diet and fluid restrictions tailored to their treatment plan Monitor labs monthly and provide dietary recommendations to the care team and patients Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state, federal, and KidneySPA policies Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, QAPI, and quality assurance initiatives Provide monthly follow-up and counseling on dietary needs, especially related to calcium/phosphorus balance, fluid management, and weight changes Support patients and families in understanding nutritional needs related to ESRD Collaborate with team members and regulatory bodies during audits or inspections Uphold standards for infection control, patient confidentiality, and clinic safety Maintain all licenses, credentials, and continuing education requirements
Requirements:
What You’ll Need Registered Dietitian credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration Current licensure in the state of Florida Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in renal nutrition U.S. citizenship or legal work authorization Why KidneySPA?
