Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dietitian who can understand and follow institutional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), review and assess protocols for clarity and feasibility, and ensure all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct. The candidate will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator(s) while exercising excellent clinical judgment in patient monitoring and care. This role requires timely communication with internal teams, investigators, review boards, and study subjects. The position involves performing protocol-mandated visits, providing personalized Lifestyle Management Counseling, and delivering educational materials to assist patients in achieving their nutritional and physical activity goals. Additionally, the candidate will attend remote protocol visits, perform patient diet and nutritional education, schedule study visits, prepare documentation, and participate in quality improvement projects.
-Part time role:
20 hours per week Need to have flexibility to work 8-5 Monday- Friday. Need to be able to call patients during business hours. -Must be bilingual in Spanish Responsibilities Understand and follow institutional SOPs. Provide helpful materials to assist patients in achieving their nutritional and physical activity goals. Attend remote, video-assisted protocol visits. Review applicable study logs, collect AE/Concomitant Medication changes, and complete eSource. Perform patient diet and nutritional education. Schedule study visits with participants within the protocol window. Prepare documentation ahead of appointments and ensure study participant files and source documents are ready. Participate and implement quality improvement projects. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
