Position:

Contract Quality Control Manager – DSMES (Opprtunity for Full-Time with full benefits)

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver DSMES program content tailored to diverse populations through 100% virtual classes using video conferencing. Collaborate with the CareHalo team to integrate nutritional guidance into the platform. Conduct virtual workshops and one-on-one consultations with program participants. Monitor and evaluate participant progress and program effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest research and guidelines in diabetes management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or Nutrition from an accredited institution. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential is required. Ideally licensed in multiple states Ideally in-network with Medicaid, Medicare, and other payers. Experience in diabetes education and management. Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and developing effective care plans. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with digital health platforms is a plus. Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Commitment to staying updated on the latest research and trends in nutrition and dietetics.
