Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsand guidelines. Monitor and document residents’ nutritional status andprogress. Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents,families, and staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’overall health and well-being. Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on companyneeds. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a relatedfield. Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the stateof practice. Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutritioncare regulations (preferred, but not required). Strong organizational and communication skills. Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate withbuilding occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to performdaily tasks.
