Albemarle Regional Health Services – 3.8 Albemarle, NC Job Details $52,366 – $65,273 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Mid-level Full Job Description This position will provide comprehensive and in-depth nutrition assessments and counseling to clients requiring therapeutic intervention that may include chronic or short-term medical conditions and disabilities of moderate to high-risk nature, along with case-consultation. This position will also apply nutritional theories and concepts, and depth of nutritional assessment and counseling. Services will be provided through the following ARHS programs: Diabetes/Medical Nutrition Therapy, WIC, High Risk Maternal, and Healthy Communities. Base location will be Chowan County. This position is required to travel to surrounding counties as needed.
