  The Oncology Nutrition Care Coordinator provides nutritional education and services to patients and families of the Cancer Center.

Coordinates the patient’s nutritional plan of care in coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. Functions as a resource to staff regarding nutritional services.
Education

Bachelors Degree :

and course work as set forth by the American Dietetic Association. (Required)

Masters Degree :

in Clinical Dietetics or related field (Preferred)
Experience
2 Years experience providing nutritional care in a patient setting (Required)
General Experience in an oncology setting (Preferred)
General Experience in supervision (Preferred)
License/Certifications
LDN-LIC

• PA Dietitian
• Nutritionist (Required)
  RD
• Registered Dietitian (Required)
  CSO
• Cert Bd Specialist in Oncology (Preferred)
