Ensure compliancewith federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
Monitorand document residents’ nutritional status and progress.
Providenutrition education and counseling to residents, families, andstaff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improveresidents’ overall health and well-being.
Provide coverage inmultiple buildings based on company needs.
All other duties asassigned.
QualificationsBachelors degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, ora related field.
Registered by the Commission on DieteticRegistration.
Hold a Certification/License in good standing withinthe state of practice.
Knowledge of state survey process andcompliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but notrequired).Strong organizational and communication skills.
Maintain apositive attitude and effectively communicate with buildingoccupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform dailytasks.
