Erlanger Health is an 800-bed academic medical center affiliated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga and is the region’s most comprehensive network of hospitals and physicians. Sodexo’s Clinical Career Ladder What You’ll Do:

develop and implement medical nutrition therapy using established standards of care; provide education to patients and families; provide staff education to ensure the safe management and care of clients and families; serve as preceptor to dietetic interns; work one weekend day every seven weeks; and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team during team conferences to recommend, implement, and monitor nutrition interventions.

Minimum Education Requirement:

Master’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor’s degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
