Job Description
Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Montgomery, AL 36116 Assistant Director Nursing (RN) needed for long term care facility. In this position, the ADON will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent and efficient care to residents in accordance with facility and state/federal guidelines. The ADON will assist in the hiring process, train, teach and monitor nursing staff; conduct resident rounds and address complaints; assist in ensuring resident records are updated and accurate. Supervise, analyze and evaluate nursing activities to ensure resident comfort and care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
