The role involves collaborating with the Director of Nursing to manage nursing teams, optimize workflows and uphold compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Oversee daily nursing operations and coordinate multidisciplinaary teams. Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations (e.g., CMS, OSHA) and facility policies. Mentor and evaluate nursing staff, fostering professional development and retention. Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives, including audits and corrective action plans. Manage patient admissions, discharges, and care transitions in partnership with physicians and social workers. Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and staffing schedules.
Qualifications Education:
