Assistant Directorof Nursing, RN What You’ll Do:
As the Assistant Director ofNursing, you will work closely with the Director of Nursing to setand achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission.
Your leadership will contribute to the enhancement of our carestandards, resident well-being and the culture of our facility. TheAssistant Director of Nursing facilitates the implementation of thecare delivery model and is responsible for the daily clinicaloperations of the center including compliance, coordination of careand ensuring patient and family satisfaction. In the absence of theDirector of Nursing, the Assistant Director assumes allresponsibilities and duties of the Director position.
KeyResponsibilities:

Qualifications of an Assistant Director of Nursing include: Validstate RN nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferredCommitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcaredelivery Visionary mindset with a focus on innovation and qualityimprovement Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient careInterest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically illwith the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,organizational, and decision-making skills Experience in a nursingleadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare settingpreferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment• We Hire for Heart!
