What You’ll Do:
As theAssistant Director of Nursing, you will work closely with theDirector of Nursing to set and achieve clinical program objectivesaligned with our mission. Your leadership will contribute to theenhancement of our care standards, resident well-being and theculture of our facility. The Assistant Director of Nursingfacilitates the implementation of the care delivery model and isresponsible for the daily clinical operations of the centerincluding compliance, coordination of care and ensuring patient andfamily satisfaction. In the absence of the Director of Nursing, theAssistant Director assumes all responsibilities and duties of theDirector position.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee nursingoperations, including staffing, training, and quality assuranceLead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and healthcareprofessionals Support the development and implementation of careplans and protocols Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team tooptimize resident care Serve as operational liaison between thenursing units and the Director of Nursing Ensure the delivery ofexceptional care to our residents Participate in quality assurancemonitoring and ensure compliance to regulatory standards Drive aculture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care Ifyou are a visionary nursing leader with a passion for transforminghealthcare, consider this exceptional Assistant Director of Nursingopportunity! Qualifications of an
Assistant Director of Nursinginclude:
Valid state RN nursing license Advanced degree orcertification preferred Commitment to resident-centered care andexcellence in healthcare delivery Visionary mindset with a focus oninnovation and quality improvement Compassionate and empatheticapproach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the agedand the chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strongclinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skillsExperience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care orsimilar healthcare setting preferred Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamicand fast-paced environment•: We Hire for Heart!
