Director of Nursing – RN 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 1515 Port Malabar Boulevard NE, Palm Bay, FL 32905 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing management, with a deep understanding of Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as a commitment to upholding resident rights and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to best practices. Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development. Conduct regular documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with medical records standards.
