As ADON, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest level of care for our residents while fostering a positive and supportive environment for our staff. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is not only clinically skilled but also truly passionate about resident care and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of Florida. Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience (ADON, Unit Manager, or equivalent). Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred.
