Director of Nursing (DON)•Extended Kids Care (PPEC) Extended Kids Care, a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) facility, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) to join our leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a nursing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to medically fragile children in a nurturing, family-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all clinical operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing staff Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote clinical excellence and patient safety Serve as a liaison between families, medical providers, and staff
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Florida Pediatric nursing experience.
