Our facilities are located close to local hospitals. We provide post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, and short and long-term care through Registered Nurses. This is complemented by Therapy Services, Social Services, Activities, and Nutritional Services. With over 100 years of combined experience, our staff of professionals is here to meet the needs of each and every patient and resident. The Admissions Director is responsible for coordinating and implementing effective facility admission and community outreach programs. The position drives qualified inquiries into the facility and is responsible for admissions-related practices and processes to ensure a quality admission.
