- Duties
- Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans for residents
- Utilize electronic systems to maintain accurate records of resident wellness assessments and progress
- Coordinate care to ensure coverage for wellness services
- Provide case management support for residents requiring additional care services
- Monitor patient health through regular assessments and implement appropriate interventions
- Apply knowledge of anatomy in designing fitness and wellness activities

- Qualifications
