  • Job Summary
  • The Wellness Director will oversee and manage the wellness programs and services within the facility, ensuring the health and well-being of residents. This role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating wellness initiatives to promote a healthy lifestyle for residents.
  • Duties
  • Develop and implement wellness programs tailored to meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create personalized care plans for residents
  • Utilize electronic systems to maintain accurate records of resident wellness assessments and progress
  • Coordinate care to ensure coverage for wellness services
  • Provide case management support for residents requiring additional care services
  • Monitor patient health through regular assessments and implement appropriate interventions
  • Apply knowledge of anatomy in designing fitness and wellness activities
  • Oversee patient monitoring and respond to any health concerns promptly
  • Qualifications
  • Proficiency in resident rights and regulations related to healthcare facilities
