Duties:
To assist the Director of Nursing in leading and directing the overall nursing operation of the facility in accordance with residents’ needs, government regulations and company policies so as to maintain excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objective.
Requirements:
Supervise the facility including being a resource for emergency situations. Report to the Director of Nursing concerning activities of the shift. Ensure that all associates are compliant with State and Federal regulations. Serves in the on-call clinical rotation. Must be committed to providing quality care for our residents.
