Full-Time Join Our Team! We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced nurse leader to oversee and support our exceptional nursing team at a skilled nursing facility.

Develop and maintain policies and procedures for daily nursing operations Implement and oversee a quality assurance program to ensure the highest standards of care Report to the Administrator and provide recommendations on nursing department functions Delegate authority and accountability to nursing supervisors as needed Ensure nursing staff provides care that meets each resident’s needs Review nursing documentation for quality, accuracy, and alignment with care plans Organize and lead in-service training programs to maintain a well-educated team
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license (Florida) Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
