Job Description:

One of our top clients is seeking a dynamic and experiencedAssistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join their team and helplead their nursing staff in providing high-quality, compassionatecare to our patients. As the ADON, you will play a pivotal role inshaping the nursing department’s culture, ensuring compliance withregulatory standards, and driving continuous improvement in patientoutcomes. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of thenursing department, including scheduling, staffing, and performancemanagement. Develop, implement, and enforce nursing policies andprocedures to ensure patient safety and quality care. Provideleadership and mentorship to nursing staff, fostering a positiveand supportive work environment. Collaborate with physicians,interdisciplinary team members, and other departments to ensureseamless patient care. Conduct ongoing staff education and trainingto maintain competency and enhance patient care. QualificationsCurrent licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Minimum of 4 years ofexperience in nursing leadership, including at least 2 years in anAssistant Director of Nursing or equivalent role Proven trackrecord of success in leading, motivating, and developing nursingstaff.
