The Director of Nursing has the responsibility for; selecting field staff, orientating and on boarding staff members, completing employee appraisals and resolving issues involving employee disciplinary action and patient care. The Director of Nursing will oversee the conducting of patient assessments, re-assessments, conduct supervisory visits and development of patients plans of care.
What will you come with:
Two (2) years of related experience in home health Two (2) year of leadership experience Active FL RN license in the State of Florida Specialized knowledge Knowledge of the Home Health Services Knowledge of computer clinical programs such EHR/EMR system(s) IV Wound care Skills & Abilities Great communication skills, both written and spoken. Patient and/or family education Strong organization skills and be detail oriented. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
