Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of PPEC facility Collaborate with company management team Manage nursing staff – provide guidance, training, leadership Collaborate with physicians to ensure complete comprehensive patient care Policies and Procedures – develop, maintain, enforce Legal & AHCA compliance management of facility

Qualifications:

Level 2 Background Screening Clearance Active Florida Registered Nursing License Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN) Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience, pediatric or long-term care setting Previous experience in leadership/management role in healthcare setting Have dual focus with ability to effectively multitask and prioritize Flexibility and ability to embrace change and seek feedback with a growth mindset Resilient, motivated, and highly organized with effective time/project management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
